OUTSTANDING FUNDRAISING PROFESSIONAL OF THE YEAR
 
Each year the Rhode Island Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP-RI) selects and honors one fundraising executive for his/her outstanding contributions to the fundraising profession and the community. The Outstanding Fundraising Professional of the Year Award will be presented at AFP-RI’s Annual Fundraising Day conference luncheon on May 20, 2010 at the Sheraton Providence Airport Hotel Warwick, RI. 
 

Nominations are now being accepted for the 2010 Outstanding Fundraising Professional of the Year Award which will be presented on May 20, 2010.  Please use the attached form to nominate an outstanding fundraiser for this year’s award.  The deadline for nominations is April 2, 2010. 

Karen A. Davie, MSW Senior Vice President, Philanthropy and Governance Women and Infants Hospital was named the 2009 Outstanding Fundraising Professional of the Year.
